A basic starting policy for how Seeking Him Ministries handles church data.
This is a plain-language starting policy, not formal legal counsel. Your church may want to review it with your leadership team.
Private Prayer Rooms
Each church’s Prayer Room is private to that congregation. Prayer requests, encouragements, and member activity are visible only to approved members and church admins of that church.
Member accounts
Churches control who can join. New members typically register and wait for admin approval before accessing the Prayer Room.
Public directory
Churches choose whether to appear in the public Church Directory on the Seeking Him Ministries website. Listing your church name does not make Prayer Room content public.
Security
Forms that change data use CSRF protection in production. Church data is stored separately per church tenant on the platform.
