Terms of Use

Last updated: 6 August 2026. These terms describe the current Seeking Him Ministries Prayer Wall product. They are a starting operational agreement, not a substitute for professional legal advice (formal counsel review is tracked separately before paid public launch).

The service

Seeking Him Ministries provides multi-tenant Prayer Wall software for participating churches: private member prayer walls, encouragements, church administration, invitations, and related ministry tools at seekinghimministries.org. Fellowship Social is not part of the current launch product. Card subscriptions may be offered when Stripe is activated for an environment; Manual offline payment recording remains available.

For churches

Your church is responsible for how members use the Prayer Wall, for approving members, for pastoral oversight of content, and for keeping admin credentials private. Use scoped church links (`/c/<your_church_id>/…`) that Seeking Him Ministries or your operator provides.

For members

Use the Prayer Wall for prayer, encouragement, and church ministry. Do not harass others, share illegal content, or misuse personal information shared in confidence. Follow your church’s guidance for reporting concerns.

Accounts and access

Access requires an approved church account. Churches may disable access. The platform operator may disable a church that violates these terms or poses a security risk. Permanent deletion of a disabled church follows the operator’s offboarding procedure and is irreversible without a backup restore under a separate approved process.

Availability and backups

We work to keep the platform reliable for small churches. Maintenance, updates, or outages may interrupt service. The operator maintains backups for recovery planning; production restore remains controlled and is not a self-serve member feature.

Subscriptions

Church payment status (trial, active, past due, suspended, cancelled, and similar) is managed by the ministry operator for Manual payments, and may also be updated from Stripe when card subscriptions are activated. Until card payments are activated for a given environment, status is managed manually. Pricing and renewal windows are communicated by the operator. Card payments, when activated, are processed by Stripe; Seeking Him Ministries does not store complete card details.

Card subscriptions renew automatically on the monthly or yearly billing interval selected before Checkout. The applicable price and interval are shown before payment confirmation. A church may schedule cancellation through the available billing tools. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current already-paid billing period, the church retains subscription access through that period, and no additional renewal charge should occur after cancellation is scheduled.

A failed payment may place a card subscription in Past Due status with a seven-day grace period. If payment remains unresolved after that period, Prayer Wall access may be suspended while church data is preserved and billing-resolution access remains available. A successful payment may restore Active status. Manual-payment arrangements remain subject to the terms agreed directly with Seeking Him Ministries.

Refund requests

Refund requests will be considered case by case by Seeking Him Ministries. Cancellation by itself does not automatically create a refund for the current paid billing period, and the platform does not issue automatic prorated refunds. For a refund request, duplicate charge, or erroneous charge, use the Contact page to reach billing support.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the platform grows. Continued use after updates means your church accepts the revised terms. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page.
