This is a simple starting policy for participating churches on Seeking Him Ministries. It is not a substitute for professional legal advice.
For churches
Seeking Him Ministries provides Prayer Room software and tools for member communication and church administration. Your church is responsible for how members use the platform and for pastoral oversight of Prayer Room content.
Appropriate use
Use the Prayer Room for prayer, encouragement, and church ministry. Do not use it to harass others, share illegal content, or misuse personal information shared in confidence.
Availability
We work to keep the platform reliable for small churches, but service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or updates.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the platform grows. Continued use of Seeking Him Ministries after updates means your church accepts the revised terms. Questions? See our Contact page.
